Ultra-High Efficiency Silicon Carbide Power Conversion Solution
Developed ARCP soft-switching power conversion technology, achieving zero-voltage switching (ZVS) above 100 kHz with efficiency exceeding 98%
Based on Auxiliary resonant commutated pole (ARCP) technology, we have developed a high-voltage, high-power soft-switching silicon carbide power supply and motor driver. This technology uses FPGA to achieve complex and efficient closed-loop control, operating auxiliary switches and resonant elements to achieve zero-voltage/zero-current switching at a switching frequency of >100kHz, while reducing the size of passive and heat dissipation components, and achieving a conversion efficiency of >98%. As SiC costs decrease and the demand for system miniaturization increases, this technology can use higher switching frequencies to achieve smaller size and lower EMI, reducing costs and differentiating products.
