Solid-State Relay and Power Module

This exhibit features a 1200-1700 V SiC solid-state relay for renewable-energy DC systems, megawatt-class storage, and high-power charging infrastructure. Compared with electromagnetic relays, the SiC SSR offers contactless switching, zero wear, and long switching life while reducing arcing-related failure risk. It also maintains low loss and sub-millisecond protection response under 200-500 A operating conditions.
