SiC Power Devices

This exhibit focuses on 1.2 kV, 1.7 kV, 2.2 kV, and 3.3 kV SiC power devices for 800 V electric vehicles, AI datacenter power supplies, inverters, energy storage, and smart-grid applications. The 1.2 kV and 1.7 kV devices  can be applied on automotive drive and high-voltage battery systems, while the 2.2 kV and 3.3 kV devices target AI PSU and energy-conversion scenarios which helps to reduce power loss, improve efficiency, and enhance the system reliability.
